Flagging Plugin - What permission is necessary for access to 'Flagged Content'

I would prefer to give minimum access to the dashboard for a certain moderator role, ideally *only flagged content.

What permission is necessary to give a moderator access to Flagged Content on the dashboard?

    It's looking for 'Garden.Settings.Manage' so that effects more than you're looking for unfortunately.
