How can I edit the registration field?

I need to edit the question "Why do you want to join?" on the Apply for Membership/Registration page.

How can I do this?

    Copy the 'registerapproval.php' file into your custom theme in the corresponding location. Also, please wait more than an hour before bumping questions. :P
