What are table names with z in them?

I have a few tables like GDN_zUserRoles and GDN_UserRoles that are pretty much identical...so, what's the difference?
Is it a temporary table? I have 2 - 3 tables like this.

I believe they're temporary tables created by the importer.

Should I re-run the importer?

Nope, the importer just didn't clean up after itself. I think they're still present on my site as well. Not entirely sure what the issue is, but you can safely ignore or remove them.
