How does the "This discussion is related to the xyz addon" work in this forum?

Hi,

when there is a discussion on a certain Addon here in this forum, the discussion always starts with a hint like "This discussion is related to the xyz addon" and also a link to the mentioned addon.

Can someone tell me how this works? Is there an actual relation stored in the DB or is just an automated text that is prefixed to every new discussion on an addon?

It's stored in the DB and appended on the fly. It's the AddonsApp: https://github.com/vanillaforums/VanillaAddonsApp
