Branding Vanilla

Do we have to have copyright vanilla in terms of saying that its "Powered by Vanilla"

Or is there a branding fee we will need to purchase?

Also is there a TOS and limited rights using Vanilla forums?

Such as; no pornography, anime, video, torrent, etc sites?

    These TOS apply to only the hosted version (vanillaforums.com): http://vanillaforums.com/info/termsofservice

    The host-yourself software you download at vanillforums.org is bound only by the GPL2. They prefer you leave a note that it's running Vanilla if possible but you are not bound to do so and there is no fee to remove it. There's also no other restriction on how you use it.
