"Start a New Discussion" button is available to guests
On installation of 2.0.18b2 the "Start a New Discussion" button is available to guests.
If I then edit Roles->Guest and uncheck Garden->Activity and Garden->Profiles the "Start a New Discussion" button disappears. If I then check Garden->Activity and Garden->Profiles the "Start a New Discussion" button does not re-appear.
I’m assuming that for a new default install the button should not be visible and therefore the default database entries are incorrect?
