I woke up the other day to find my forum 100% BONK! Fixed by deleting controller_map.ini

Since I do not mess around with my settings I checked FTP to see what had changed. I noticed that in my cashe the file “controller_map.ini” had changed.

When I deleted it, all was good again. Can anyone explain?

Version 2.0.17.8

NOTE: I do not program PHP need semi-tech English please

    When something is not working OK, it's a good idea to start with that.
    It will be regenerated right away.

    Above is the library_map.ini that I also removed (renamed)

    Is that what should be in there?
    If it means anything there are a ton of blank spaces between first [ and the rest of code.

    Is it a good idea to empty Cashe? Is it a bad idea? .ini file help?

    I do not see a copy of the Controler map. I started renameing files until things worked... honestly just got lucky

    You mean the cache directory?

    yes. exactly. and or specific files in side the Cashe Directory

    Is the fact that fixed my Bonk by messing around in the Cashe folder a fluke?
