Toaster?

When I logged in I got some toaster messages in the bottom left hand corner. I also got one when my draft was saved while composing a post.

Is this built in to Vanilla, or is this a plugin I need to get? I love it!

    It's built into 2.0.18 (coming soon). :) That is Mark's handiwork and I'm a big fan as well.
