is there a way to integrate upload files or images to google app engine or other host?

    Yes, if you get the most-recent copy of FileUpload from the Addons repo on GitHub, there are now hooks so it can be integrated using a CDN or other servers.

    In order to do this you're going to have to do some programming. It's not an out-of-the-box feature.
