Is it possible to automatically sign in/out when embedded?

I'm looking to integrate the forum into a cms, but don't want the double-login/logout required. Is there a method to automatically sign into the forums and out I could write into my existing cms login/logout method?

Answered Later here, and here comes a plug-in responsible for that. Don't know if either works, though.

This isn't built-in. It would just need to make a valid Vanilla cookie.

And how does one create a 'valid Vanilla cookie'? I have SSO working.
