Applicants button broke

I think I may have discovered a slight error in the 2.0.18 release.

When I try to approve applicants, the button at the bottom doesn't work. I can approve them with the links on the side but not the button at the bottom. It used to work in 2.0.17.

    This is fixed in 2.0.18.1 which was released last night.
