Login screen only?

Re-testing Vanilla..

I've set the forum to invite only. And changed the guest role settings to disable viewing etc... However I was hoping this would just present a login screen for a guest user. However it shows the whole website and just says no discussions..

How can I change it so it just shows a login page, in past vanilla, this used to be the case, has this been removed or am i missing something?
