The bold/italic etc. toolbar that appears when entering a discussion or comment is misusing the tabs metaphor. They're not tabs, they're buttons. Tabs should be to expose different content.

You're right. Worse is that we've completely reversed the metaphor and made the Write Comment/Preview options buttons instead of tabs. D'oh.
