Why is the time of comment half an hour behind the actual client system time?

I have posted a comment in the forum and the time which appears to the right(near the title) is half an hour behind my system time. For example, if I post the comment at 10a.m(India) then the time displayed is 9.30a.m. How can this be fixed?

  • Now my system time is 10.54am. the comment I typed just now shows 10.23am

i noticed it too that sometimes date/time doesn't sync, you can try to close you browser or clear cache, it will sync. IMO it's not a major thing to worry about.

  • The time stamp on the comments is based off of the server time and php configuration. So if you are out of sync it will look funny.

  • I agree @hbf , i posted this just after midnight three days ago!

    LOL
