I have posted a comment in the forum and the time which appears to the right(near the title) is half an hour behind my system time. For example, if I post the comment at 10a.m(India) then the time displayed is 9.30a.m. How can this be fixed?
In my forum which makes use of Vanilla2. Also I observed it in this forum just now. I had posted the above question at 10.40am and it is showing as 10.12am
i noticed it too that sometimes date/time doesn't sync, you can try to close you browser or clear cache, it will sync. IMO it's not a major thing to worry about.

The time stamp on the comments is based off of the server time and php configuration. So if you are out of sync it will look funny.
