Why is the time of comment half an hour behind the actual client system time?

I have posted a comment in the forum and the time which appears to the right(near the title) is half an hour behind my system time. For example, if I post the comment at 10a.m(India) then the time displayed is 9.30a.m. How can this be fixed?

i noticed it too that sometimes date/time doesn't sync, you can try to close you browser or clear cache, it will sync. IMO it's not a major thing to worry about.

The time stamp on the comments is based off of the server time and php configuration. So if you are out of sync it will look funny.
