I have a client in the works that wants this type of functionality. If she actually takes my bid, I will look into coppermine.

Actually, I just did. I don't think I will ever use that. Probably easier to write your own simple gallery application on top of Garden.

    Count me out. :(

EDIT - I will still pledge $10 to anyone that does create this bridge.

    http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/bridging.htm#bridge_manager_start

The purpose of the bridge/db connection is to allow forum users to log into the coppermine app with the same User ID . Coppermine is like a wordpress blog but for images.

The app does not mingle with other frameworks. It is not supposed to , only shares User info , much like js connect or other shared login apps. It is a stand alone interactive Gallery. You still need to edit the style/theme to make it match your forum.

This is for dedicated photography and art display not for just uploading pics for others to see. For a simple gallery just use the Galleries plugin.

I understand that. If I used it for a client, I would have to support it. I reviewed the software and it doesn't meet my needs. So... I will never need to make a bridge for it.
