  • Did you place the vanilla files in /var/www/html/ ?

  • Hi! I place in /httpdocs/vanilla

    is the same root to /var/www/html in my hosting

    :I

  • Are you sure they are symlinked? If you can put the files in /var/www/html, I would try that.

    I would contact your VPS provider more better support, since this is clearly a hosting issue.

    Good luck! :D

    have you looked in /var/www/html ?

    have you checked the permissions of the the general files in the directory, sometimes the ftp server isn't configured properly, and assigns the wrong default permissions. if the web server can't see the files they don't exist.

    grep is your friend.

    Since you are using a subdomain, you have to ensure that the DNS zone is properly serving up that specific folder.

    Try this: create a simple html document named test.html with the following text

    <html>
    <head>
     <title>Subdomain Test Page</titl>
    </head>
    <body>
      <h1>I have been found!</h1>
    </body>
    </html>

    and place it on your FTP site.

    If you go to your sub domain, you should see the text "I have been found!". If not, something on your host is configured incorrectly. You will need to figure out which folder that sub domain is pointing to.

  • I know now, what is the problem. Not is a VPS/Ftp/Forum or install problem. Is a problem from Free Domine services.

    Thanks all for the help :=))
