How can both methods of registration (Basic and Invitation) work at the same time? Thanks in advance

You want open registration while letting members explicitly invite friends?
I don't think there is an existing plugin for this situation. Is there any reason people cannot invite via email with open registration?

if you have a list of friends you would like to invite, the best is to invite them through the invitation option in vanilla. Around 100 users invited and at the same time I want the new users to be able to register as normal users. So,
invited users can complete registering
new users not invited can register using the basic option
