a simple question about Baseline 'addon

i transtaled the sentences into my language, to Turkish. When i finish translation i uploaded and activated it, but then i shoked because all the turkish (exceptional turkish) characters looks like this: � (şçğüı.... etc)
all my efforts were wasted,

is there any possile solution for that case ? the existing turkish locale pack is not working

    I think the utf-8 meta needs to be in header. probably some else can give you the exact line

    I don't know what Baseline addon is - if it is an addon from the addon section - it would be smarter and better for others if you post questions relating to the addon from the addon

    I may not provide the completed solution you might desire, but I do try to provide honest suggestions to help you solve your issue.

    To add to what @peregrine said, be sure to use a font face that supports the turkish characters.
