A good example, a person has a problem with bookmarks, you offer suggestions to fix it but they only use what they want and continue to have a problem. They don't work with us to help them. Makes it like pulling teeth sometimes.
Mind you we are volunteers and at no time are we expected to help anyone. We do it for many reasons. Love of code, liking to help others, etc.
If you don't like an answer or think it should be different then do your own research. Look inside plugins and study how they work. Pick parts from them that are useful.
