"Page Not Found" error

When attempting to login via steam I receive a "Page Not Found" error. I tried editing "$Query['url']" by changing it to the the appropriate URL "http://steamcommunity.com/openid/id/", as specified by the info from http://steamcommunity.com/dev. But sadly that didn't work. Any clues to how I can fix this?

I'm using vanilla 2.0.18.8 and the git version of OpenID -- which I'm asuming is the problem, but the SteamSignIn addon requires version 0.2 of the OpenID paddon.
