I asked you for how you set up you subdomain, I'm not seeing any query string ATM, so I suspect you have set it up wrong.
kk am sorry leave it .no way sir i created it in the right way what my hosting provider said. i created a sub domain for that i created a new sub directory for it named garuda-forum and then i assigned it on my sub domain.and also when i testing it my server shows no error it shows the page ok message.my hosting account is with godaddy.thank you

that was what actually correct, you would expect it to be in a redirection loop, if the rerwite is external becuase it getting plugged back in to the same rule, the question is why when it is internal it is not redirecting. There a possibility there is striping of the query string after this point.
sir thanks for all ur support sir i recently talk with my hosting provider according to them my server plans have a limitation in using sub domain thats why this happens so the problem is with my server .thanks for your valuable feed back .sir do u know something about adsense.is there any problem or violation that i used my forum in a sub folder and treated it as a something like www.garudacreations.com/forums/
if i used adsense in this forum is it possible or any violation occur in it?? i already have an active adsense account with this site

sir after using your last .htaccess code there is no re directing its working correctly but pretty url is not working ...
Do they also handle your DNS records?
