button issue

Hey folks,
The "popular" button is getting pushed to it's new row and the label row, especially "topic" title.

How can I fix this? I'm unable to trace which css portion to correct this.

The markup isn't even inserted in the right place.
Use Eventi to figure out which handler to change.
