How to ban users with specific domain emails

i want to bane users with specific domain emails..
as a example name@rmqkr.net
10minutemail.com providing this email servile and spammers using it.
i used Ban List in dashboard and add %@rmqkr.net as a email ban value. but its not working. spammers registered without any problem. please could you give some solution for me ?
