Bug in Discussion and delete Category

I'm using Version 2.0.18.8 and run on localhost

1. I have error when delete category and don't checked "Move discussions in this category to a replacement category." checkbox.

2. When i create new discussion and without any comments then number of comments is 1.

1. This is a known issue. This discussion may be helpful.
2. This is due to the fact that the first post is considered a comment on the discussion. I don't particularly agree with this method of counting, but it is what it is. You could either change the model or hook into the counts display and subtract 1 via a plugin.
