I want to block unapproved users to view the discussion..
Where i have add the code ?
When they come to discussion page simply redirect to dashboard and message with "Admin approval is pending"
How can i archive this ?

Make it so guests and applicants can't view discussions and comments in your dashboard..
You don't want to redirect them to dashboard you want to have them signin.
just check for role and redirect.
