There is no global donation since the the Vanilla Team are billionaires they do not need donations so everyone who needs donations puts their way to donate in their plugins or themes . Some people even have a visa and master card others just american express (kidding) ...
We are volunteers here because we love software in general and this one in particular and want to help others benefit too. Some have little income and would benefit from donations, I think it is worth it to help those who help us.
I suggested that plugin specifically only because the donate button for peregrine works as I used to send him a donation. You don't need to use it, the plugin , just use it to get to the donate button for peregrine then you can turn it off if you don't want it.
OK, so once activated one may surf inside the Donate addon and choose to whom to donate, thanks!
BTW: Is there a page somewhere that describes who are the people behind the Vanilla project? That would be interesting to know.
