Oh, yes. I tried running the default to see if it was any different. I'm running Version 2.0.18.8 and currently I have FlatUI set as my theme. I have no plugins enabled.
I installed FlatVI 1.0 on my end and it looks like it should. Did you upload all of the files correctly? I'm not sure about it, but I think the theme requires at least Vanilla 2.1 (in development).

I reinstalled it, and everything went perfectly, but it's still completely broken. How do I install 2.1 (assuming you have it yourself)

What version of Vanilla are you running?
You currently have the default theme enabled. You might be interested in the wiki article on using themes.
