Can it work with some WYSIWYG editor plugin?

Hi.
We use this plugin - CLEditor jQuery WYSIWYG 0.5 for our forum.
Today i tried to use this plugin with it, but quoting does not work.
I installed another WYSIWYG - Wysihtml5 - but the same result - quoting does not work.

Is there WYSIWYG plugin that will work with this?
Or maybe i need to change something in sources?
