Did I report in the good place?

Hello, it's just a quick question:
I wanted to report what seems to be a bug in a plugin in Garden 2.1.bx, so as I read in some topics here, it's better to report in GitHub directly.
However, as it's related to a plugin that is developed in Vanilla Forums' GitHub repos, "Customizetext", I sent the report in the Addon repository, is it the good place, or should I send the bug report in Garden's repo?
