Simplest ways to stop spam?
JackJJW
New
Hi there,
What are the simplest ways to stop spam on Vanilla? I've used it before and been swamped. I'm going to set it up again now but want to set it up in the best way.
In particular, on top of stopping it, is there a way of bulk deleting spam users and content? I've been in the situation where I have pages and pages of spam and have to delete them one at a time.
Thanks,
Jack

Ah, thank-you
Sorry, tangent question. On here, there seems to be a pop up notice when you replied to my question, is that standard or an Add On do you know?
Thanks!

try the QNA plugin. i think that may be what you are looking for.

which is impossible to find because its named QNA but you have to search for Q&A in plugins.
really tough to find add-ons that get loaded into a folder name but have a different plugin name that begins with a different letter or has a different second letter.

AFAIK, this is included in the core install.
