Can't upload a locale

Hello everybody,

We want to upload our Basque translation to the 2.0.18.8 version but no way. I get an error saying that no file has been selected.

I have looked in the forums, but no way.

The text as description we are typing:

Basque translation (eu) of the version 2.0.18.8, core and most popular plugins.

2.0.18.8 bertsioaren core eta plugin ezagunenen euskarazko (eu) itzulpena.

Welcome to the community!

You need to create a folder named 'ho_eu_ES' and place your basque_translation.php file in it. Then change the file name to definitions.php. Once that is done, zip up the 'ho_eu_ES' folder and try uploading it again.
