Index.php -> Error reporting turned on by default on 2.0.18.8
Why is it turned on?
Do i need to manually edit the index.php to disable the error_reporting?
Or do you disable the error_reporting somewhere else?

All errors are reported to the framework, which works diligently to only show user friendly error pages (BONK pages) while still logging errors on the server.
You can enable errors by adding
$Configuration['Debug'] = TRUE;to your config file.Search first
