vanilla 2 Account creation not working

When new people try to come to my site and sign up It wont allow them to create an account It just keeps refreshing the log in screen as they click sign up

What type of registration do you have selected? They should be selecting the register link (
/entry/register).Search first

Version: 2.0.18.8 But i installed this through Domain. com I Didnt do any html myself. I just lost. utterly lost.
You need to update for security reasons.
Are you able to access the registration screen at all? You should be able to access it via
http://forum.example.com/entry/registerSearch first
