After upgrade to Vanilla 2.1b2 from latest stable weird bug occurs

Hello, last night I upgraded my forums to 2.1b2 and for some reason it notifies me about applicants (but those are people who registered before the update) also I don't have application registration method enabled (it's just email approval right now).
Below is attached screenshot.

Also installation history is Vanilla stable, then import from SMF then upgrade (so maybe the lack of original user roles might have added to the cause).
Should I file an issue on github?

    Face it, there are applicants in your dashboard at the moment. Maybe spammers, but take a look there first.

    I tried to accept those applicants but that doesn't do anything too..

    I just found out that selecting all and clicking accept doesn't work, so I went 40 members (which are all of my members) one by one and accepted them. But now it shows me again that I have applicants.

    Also after the last time I accepted them all they lost their Roles.

    Sounds like you need to set up your default roles.

    Visit /dashboard/role/defaultroles to set them up.
