Not only me but also our members can't view My Forum. ( i'm using Vanilla Version 2.0.18.9 )
So , what happen to My Forum ??
Can I recover it ??

Getting a completely blank page like that means there is most likely an error executing the script.
You need to enable debugging and find out what the error actual error is. You can find more information on the community wiki here: http://www.vanillawiki.org/index.php/Bonk_Errors
P.S. I know that page says what to do with Bonk Errors, but follow the steps anyway please

The first thing a new (or old) forum administrator is learn how to make a proper database backup, config.php, and source code backup , and uploads directories (for thumbnails and pics).
As opposed to seeing what bells and whistles.you can add to vanilla.
And you should not only make a backup, you should try to restore and see if that worked as well.
It will save a world of hurt later, when you really need to know what to do, when your forum is large and live.
