titles and graphics in embedded youtube links?

I'm looking for some direction on how to get the titles to show up in the top of the youtube embed, as well as the controls on the bottom?

The controls and title should show up automatically once the video has been clicked on.
Is this not the case?

sorry to clarify, I'm looking for that info in the preview image, ie before the video is clicked.. the title and controls do indeed show up, but not until the image is clicked once
That is not really possible.
I mean, it can be done. It would be a lot of effort.
