FileUpload plugin, how to remove unused attachment?

It seems that the unused attachment remain in the Upload folder forever and no way to trace them.
"unused attachment" I mean, e.g. Start a new discussion and upload a picture then I just close the browser without click the delete button.

You can manually remove or delete any files that were uploaded from the uploads/FileUpload/ folder.
