A discussion on translation strings located on Transifex: Extra Strings & Late Updates
Some strings on Transifex are not located in Core! For example the phrase
Realtime progress bars: %s
is a part of FileUpload plugin that isn't bundled in Vanilla 2.0 series. So why these strings are candidate for translating on Transifex? What is the process to update the language packs located on Vanilla site from their GitHub Repository; Locales on Vanilla site are out of date, at least for Persian pack: October 2012! It also seems fetching process from Transifex to GitHub is not upstream; For example, Persian translation on transifex has changed this week, but vf_fa_IR updates on GitHub are for 4 months ago!
Better to post here or on github (as an issue) about missing translations, duplicated strings, etc?
Thank you for your consideration of the matter

Heya!
I would think this should be reported on GitHub if it is an issue with the repo being updated.
Can you download an updated version of the locale directly from transifex? It may be the case that the dev team is using transifex as the download repository.
