Deleting connection in jsConnect settings
Deleting connection in jsConnect settings, redirects to main domain path, ie if I have www.mysite.com and www.mysite.com/vanilla/ and when I delete connection and confirm my action system redirects to www.mysite.com/settings/jsconnect instead of www.mysite.com/vanilla/settings/jsconnect

OH, I was confused. I just assumed vanilla was installed in the root folder.
This is a bug then?

Is it throwing an error on the redirect?
Or is this just something you noticed?
The reason I ask is because application names generally aren't required in a Url.

No, not the same page, but "www.mysite.com/settings/jsconnect".
But it should be www.mysite.com/vanilla/settings/jsconnect.
Note that vanilla forume installed in sub-folder of main site.
