Hot Threads plugin now available in Addons section

I just added the Hot Threads plugin to the addons section, freely available to anyone who would like to use it.
As discussed with some users on the forum, I will be releasing all the plugins I developed for Vanilla as public addons, as soon as I have the time to replace the licence with GPLv3 and to repackage them. I came to the conclusion that it makes little sense to keep them close source when nobody is actually going to use them, therefore I would rather have someone use them and contribute to their improvement.
