For me youtube shows video image but not video.. no ssl (whatever that may be) just regular install 2.1 . Testing it here vanillatest.kummallista.net/discussion/3/testing-youtube-video

Try using Mediator plugin , there are also some htaccess rules you can apply .
That video is not specifically being served as SSL so it should work. But you have not embedded it , it looks like it is just a link to the video . Let's see if that video works here

It does work for me here but not on your site. You need to either use a plugin to embed the video or use embed code to do it.
