jsconnect sso depend theme??

I newly created a theme and enable it. Now the sso using jsconnect is not working in my site. Is the sso using jsconnect depends the theme in vanilla. But sso is working in other themes like vanilla default, mobile, embed-friendly etc. Need your help!!
