how to set up captcha on the sign up page?

We're getting a hundred bot signups a day. We'd like to install a captcha to circumvent this issue. I don't see an option for it in the dashboard. What can I do?

Personally, I use BotStop with Registration Restrict Logger (adapted for Register Approval) and have almost no bots getting through any more.
