Where to submit pull request?

I've got this plugin working on my end, using include() instead of $Sender->Render() and using $Sender instead of $this in the template. Is there a github repo I can submit a pull request to?

Greetings. This project seems dead. If you are interested in it, you could start from a scratch and create another Steam addon for the community.

I would suggest you contact the author if you want to fork his code, as he doesn't specify a license.
