Is this still being maintained? It hasn't had an update since 2011, so I'm assuming not, but maybe it's got a Git repo somewhere?

Sometimes a site is listed in the plugins info array. This should be at the top of the main php file.

The /pages/settings/about.php file of this application has the author's name and email.

As an alternative, I recommend the Basic Pages application.

basic pages doesn't work on the latest version of vanilla forums.

Basic Pages does appear to work with the latest Vanilla release.

yeah that was my mistake. Basic pages does work.
