Is there a utility that can be run on the server rather than over the web?

I installed 2.0.18.9 sometime last year. I used the Vanilla Porter, and it seems to have converted users. But I see no discussions or posts at all. My SMF forum is 10 years old and has 5G of data, so it's really a pain to convert over the web.

I was hoping to be able to port/convert via a utility directly on the server.

You can execute the porter script on the server locally through your php interpreter.
