Re-sending another user's invitation

We have a small forum for a group of friends. The forum is set to invitation only. Vanilla 2.0.18.4 self-hosted.

One friend hasn't joined yet, because he didn't act on the email in time, but he needs to.

The problem:
I don't know who sent the original invitation,
There seems to be no way in the admin inferface to list all invitations. Maybe I just can't find it?
If there is a list, hopefully there is a "resend invitation" option.

If I start a new invitation, even as administrator, I get the message
"An invitation has already been sent to the email you entered."

I could set the user up manually, but I'd rather admin the invites.

Check out the Bulk Invite plugin here: http://vanillaforums.org/addon/bulkinvite-plugin

It shows all the current invites in its settings screen IIRC.
