I need Help Please,On building a post your youtube video forum,Developers take note here

I am looking to build a youtube video forum website, Where the signed in members can post their youtube videos. And comment,Not like most other boring forums,But where,When you go to the forum,You can see the videos right away,Not have to click through what they are saying in each forum before clicking it.
Here is the sample from a forum I really like. Please take a look http://www.shipspotting.com/videos/index.php
But want it to look like, 4 or 5 videos across and 5 or so levels down,Then when a new video is posted and the page is filled up,It just creates a 2 nd page, pushing older posts to 2nd page
Do you know where I can find this type program or some Developer should make this program.
Thanks

If you want developers to respond, you should give an indication of your budget, so they know if you are serious or not.

I'm not sure what you want to acheive that is different, since Vanilla has native support for embedded YouTube videos.

  • I am still learning this stuff,But I want to set up a forum like this one .Please take a quick look at link

Being there is so many programs to chose from, I want to get one close to this set up,Instead of trying out 10 to find the one that works for me,Do you know of any programs I should take a look at.
Thanks for responding man. Please let me know if you know of any programs

  • Welcome to the community!

Vanilla has support for embedding YouTube videos in the core. The rest of the changes you describe sounds like purely presentational issues. Vanilla has an extremely flexible theming engine enabling it to look like virtually anything.

If you are not familiar with HTML and CSS, that is a great place to start.

The site doesn't look like a forum. There are some other scripts that seem to be better suited for what you are looking for. Maybe you take a look at pligg or its alternatives: http://alternativeto.net/software/pligg/

  • Ok ,I will take a look at these website,And go to the school of google or youtube and learn the HTML and CSS.
    Thanks Guys

  • I guess I was calling it a Forum when Blog is what should have called it.
Still learning all the words and what they do.
