Error: MeModule doesn't exist

I am getting this following error on my site and I am not sure why it is happening. The .php file is in the modules directory. Does anyone have any ideas?

Either the file is corrupted or the autoloader doesn't have access to the folder.
What version number of Vanilla are you running?
What is the exact error and where are you seeing it?

afaIk the MeModule is not part of Vanilla 2.0, but only 2.1
What theme are you using?
